Happy fall to the Fulbright College family! We hope you have had an excellent semester so far.

Our dedicated Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences faculty and staff are hard at work supporting student success, teaching and research, and we’re enjoying the exciting events and activities that happen on campus this time of year.

“As we reach the midpoint of the fall semester, I want to celebrate the many members of the campus community who’ve worked tirelessly to make this semester another great one,” said Kathryn Sloan, interim dean of Fulbright College. “I hope everyone is enjoying the fall weather and the endless events and opportunities for connection available here on campus this fall!”

From concerts to career fairs and so much more, our campus is alive with activity. Austin Brown, an intern with the Fulbright College Communication and Creative Services team, has curated another excellent photo collection to showcase the beauty of the University of Arkansas campus.

¡Fiesta fantástica!

The Plaza de las Americas celebrated Latin American language and culture through games, performances, delicious food and other fun activities.

Beat of His Own Drum

A performance from our Department of Music fills the air at The Ramble, Fayetteville’s newest park and an excellent place to enjoy the outdoors near campus.

Fulbright Florals

The Fulbright Peace Fountain is an excellent place to study or hang with friends on a fall day.

A Symphony of Talent

Another note-worthy performance by one of the Department of Music’s accomplished groups in the Faulkner Performing Arts Center.

Pedal to the Metal

Members of the campus community were “wheely” excited by the Office of Sustainability’s Cruise to Campus event, promoting biking on campus and in our region.

Living Memory

Memorial Hall, first opened in 1940, houses the Department of Psychological Science and African and African American Studies Program.

Arkansas Native

Indigenous Artist Denny Haskew created this bronze sculpture entitled, “Courage to Lead,” to commemorate the original residents of the Northwest Arkansas community.

The Main Event

Old Main, the center for all-things Fulbright College, stands tall through another fall semester on The Hill.
