Twelve Fulbright College Students, Faculty and Alumni Receive 2023 Artists 360 Awards
Twelve students, faculty, and alumni from departments across the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences were among 25 Northwest Arkansas artists selected for grants in the fall from the Mid-America Arts Alliance as part of the group’s 2023 Artists 360 Awards.
Artists 360, a program of Mid-America Arts Alliance, made possible through the support of the Walton Family Foundation, provides grant funding and professional development opportunities to individual artists of all disciplines in the greater Northwest Arkansas area.
Grants include learning opportunities to develop entrepreneurial skills and build sustainable careers, creating a network of leading regional artists.
Fulbright College’s 2023 recipients spanned several areas of the fine arts and humanities, including those from the School of Art, the Department of English’s M.F.A. Program in Creative Writing and Translation, the Department of Music, and the Department of Theatre.

- Adrienne Dawes, theatre alumna
- Joaquín Gavilano, creative writing and translation M.F.A. student
- Jake Hertzog, music professor of guitar and jazz
- Melissa Loney, art graduate student
- Sarah Loucks, theatre M.F.A. student
- Julia Paginelli-Marin, creative writing and translation M.F.A. alumna
- Lacy Post, theatre alumna and staff member
- Larissa Ramey, art graduate student
- Jocelyn Reid, art graduate student
- Augusta Zuerker, art history and studio art alumna
