Wang Appointed Associate Editor for Biophysics Reviews
Yong Wang, associate professor of physics at the U of A, has been named an associate editor of Biophysics Reviews.
Biophysics Reviews is a journal published by the American Institute of Physics. The journal features authoritative reviews and original research articles of high quality, covering all areas of biophysics, ranging from experimental and theoretical research of biophysics to applications of biophysics in other branches of science, medicine and engineering.
Wang’s research at the U of A focuses on single-cell and single-molecule biophysics at the interface of physics, nanotechnology, biology and material science. His work has been published in prestigious journals including Physical Review Letters, Nano Letters, Nanotechnology, Colloids and Surfaces, Applied and Environmental Microbiology and eLife.
