What Happened This Year on The Hill: A 2023-2024 Photo Collection
As another exceptional academic year at Fulbright College comes to a close, it’s a great time to reflect on the countless moments that made this year special.
“Amidst the echoes of laughter and the quiet contemplation of study sessions past, we extend our warmest wishes to our continuing students, bid fond farewells to our graduating class, and celebrate the mosaic of experiences that defined the past two semesters,” said Kathryn Sloan, interim dean of Fulbright College. “I could not be prouder of all that our students, faculty, and staff members have accomplished over the past year.”
These photos were captured and curated by the exceptional Austin Brown, an intern with the Fulbright College Communications and Creative Services team.
“He has worked tirelessly to capture the beauty of Fulbright College and the larger U of A campus, and we are so thankful for his hard work and dedication to his craft,” Sloan said.
Old Main, New Beginnings: Though some are closing their chapter as students at Fulbright College by becoming graduates, the future holds ample opportunity for our newest alumni.
From the Field to the Future: We hope you all have an excellent summer, and can’t wait to have you ‘Razor-back’ on campus this fall!
Fulbright Rocks: This year, the Department of Geosciences, in collaboration with Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design and the Honors College, celebrated the instillation of the GeoLab.
Music in Bloom: Good vibes blossomed this year, thanks to outstanding performers like Bazzi at the U of A’s Springtime of Youth Festival.
‘Fall-ing’ for Fulbright: Seasons change, but our pursuit of knowledge always remains.
Eclipsed by History: Old Main and all of campus stood witness to a once-in-a-lifetime celestial event, the 2024 solar eclipse.
